Epilogue

It's been an era
An era to remember
An age that will stay etched
In my heart of hearts
I cannot lie, and say I will forget
No the memory will linger,
Yet the feelings will pass.
My feelings have changed, and so have I -
For the better,
My heartache is over, my longing, my fire
All that remains
Are the embers of a flame
That once was
So as the last few words of my saga
Unfold before your eyes
I'd just like you to know..
I'd like you to feel, what I felt
To understand, what you did, how you changed me.

But the times have changed,
And my emotion lies buried, never to be unearthed
Never to be relived.
So my heart is dissimilar, my feelings are different,

And that makes you special

Someone to listen, someone to help, someone who'll forget the rest
